Terms and Conditions:
By completing your details above, you agree to us optimising your website and online presence to give you (i) a (minimum) 20% boost in Google within your first 12 months with us, and (ii) a practice listing on the first page of Google through 'organic' (unpaid) search results within 90 days of sign up and (iii) 80% of 10 search terms on first page within 12 months plus a presence on the Google map. This product does not relate to Google Ads.

To achieve this outcome, among other things, we will target 10 search terms (known as 'keywords') relevant to your practice. These are keywords, chosen by us, that are most important and have the highest relevant traffic.

The 12-month and 90 day clocks start once we have admin access to your website. We make changes in the ‘back-end’ of your website so that Google can see your site more easily and increase your visibility. This will not affect the public-facing part of your website.

Within 7 days of receiving the specified website access, we will provide you with a baseline report from Google to show your initial Google rankings and traffic - unless Google Analytics has not been set up, or is not available for your website.  If this access is not available, we will establish a fair 30 day baseline, based on traffic for the following 30 days. Once the baseline is in place, our team will contact you regularly about the progress we’re making in boosting your online presence.

Your investment is $499/month + GST (less any discounts relating to special offers running, if applicable). If we do not achieve a (minimum) 20% increase in your Google presence (based on the change in your baseline Google report), we will work for you after the 12 month period at no additional charge until we achieve that outcome.  Similarly,  if we do not achieve a first page in Google listing for one of the specified keywords for you, we will work for you after the 90 day period at no additional charge until we achieve that outcome. Your initial commitment to this product is for 6 months. 

You may cancel this agreement for any reason in the first 30 days by writing to thrive@centaurdms.com.au and completing the exit form. After the first 6 months, you can cancel this service at any time with 30 days’ notice, by writing to thrive@centaurdms.com.au and completing the exit form. However, if you cancel before the specified guarantee periods (eg. 90 days and 12 months), you cannot exercise our guarantee (to work for you for nothing until we achieve the promised results) and there will be no refund for any fees paid up until that point.

After the initial 6 months, you may elect to cancel one part of the combined service.  In that instance, we will advise you the pricing of the individual components (eg. D4W Marketing, vs SEO) as pricing may vary.  As part of this process, the billing arrangements may change and/or your credit card details may be passed from Centaur to DMS.

The holiday accommodation voucher is valued at $1050 and comprises 4 days and 3 nights accommodation in a range of locations in Australia, New Zealand, Bali, Thailand, and Fiji.  A booking service fee applies (currently AUD$44.55/night).  Additional terms and conditions are at https://choosemyholiday.com/terms/.
